I asked help for setting up external accounts so I can transfer out funds to my other none bank of Hawaii accounts. The first person completely doesn’t know how and she sent me to another one. The Second Lady sounded like n Know a little bit more and after about 10 minutes research she told me that BOH doesn’t allow people to transfer funds out on apps. I can only do Zelle or wire transfer at the counter. I thought very hard with my toes and I didn’t believe it. LOL! Please, please, at least hire someone have basic knowledge!

- SNStephen NorthcuttMay 16, 20183.0There is an outside ATM on the Kuhio Hwy side of the bank. This has been my goto bank for almost 20 years. Service and the services available are slowly drifting down. There isn't always a notary. The teller turnover is scary. I guess I will have to change. When we sold our house there was no manager there that could authorize handling the certified check from escrow. Parking is entered from around the back, (first picture). There are more spots that you might guess. Consider using Lehua St. to get there, it is quicker and you have easy access to the bypass.
