That is totally unacceptable!! No customer service at all. We are contemplating moving all of our accounts to a bank with CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

It’s sad that the notary is there but they refuse to provide the service. They just waste your time. Look at all the bad reviews! Do something about these issues already.
