If you have an issue with your debit or credit card you won’t be able to use it because they don’t answer the phone on weekends (which is when the majority of people can shop) and during the week the wait time is around an hour. I switched to American savings and it took me 5 minutes to get ahold of a representative who helped me with my issue.
