- ANAlex NanoOct 23, 20245.0Created saving as and checking account online. There were a few issues with address and getting debit card. Phone support was not helpful. Went into the branch and the agent sorted everything, quickly. Good service. May feel limited compared to online features of Citibank, Chase, etc. But the in person service is better than any of those ! Mahalo!

Now Kailua branch no longer has a notary (I went there about 8 months ago for notary so this is a new thing). I waited on the phone for 25 minutes to be told that since there is no info about it online. I was told Kaneohe branch does although there seem to be no appointments available for the foreseeable future. If I am paying for these services with my account, I expect to get them. Lots of hidden costs with accounts. Don't recommend.

I have asked 4 tines to close my account, l have sent a written letter, l have spoken to 5 people , after waiting more than an hour, each said they would call me back by the end of the day, no one ever called back.
