- RSRose SongAug 23, 20251.0Went here on Wednesday afternoon on August 20, 2025. Was dealing with the teller on the left (did not get her name, but she is not local and have an accent), and she was VERY RUDE. She was nice at first, but then she gave me attitude because she couldn't count the money properly and telling me good thing there is no line of customers waiting behind me. This lady obviously doesn't understand what customer service mean. Just because I do not have plenty of money in my bank account, it does not mean you get to treat customer like shit. This bank need to educate her the aloha spirit and customer service skill. Will never come here ever again.

Next call that form had to be in person. Had to transfer to my other US bank to do an international transfer, 10 days later and transfer isn’t done. Avoid avoid avoid. Rather get Revolut
