- EMErnest MoreJan 15, 20251.0This rating is 100% due to the unreliability of their Mobile Deposit. They have too many requirements and restrictions. 1) They do not accept checks over $2,500 making it useless for VA disability checks, mortgage refund checks, earnest money, etc. 2) They do not accept government checks from the Treasury at all like IRS or VA checks. 3) You have to write “Hickam FCU Mobile Deposit Only” and the date of “deposit” on the check making it useless when they do accept the check. Unreliable. I will be going through USAA from now on.
