I have always found them to be friendly and professional. Free notary service is a plus

I absolutely love my primary bank but they don't have a lot of branches locally. Thankfully there is the Kahala Mall Hickam Federal Credit Union, which is a sister bank to my primary bank and is less than five minutes from my house. For what is essentially a mall kiosk, they've got pretty accessible hours--they're even open Saturday--and because they are a sister bank I can hit the atm as much as I want without paying service fees. Very nice.
