- MFmarc fieldsSep 29, 20211.0I usually come to this location and it's great, but the teller Shaina W had the worst customer service ever. I went in to cash a check from my wife, so she rudely said she would have to verify because of the signature which is fine I get that, but her tone when she asked me to pull my mask down for verification was rude, and not sure how bank of Hawaii verify over the phone, but all she asked my wife was if she wrote the check and all my wife said was "yes" and that was sufficient I guess, no confirmation for birthday or account number or anything? Mhmm so I mean anybody could just answer and say yes?....overall a horrible experience with her.
