For over 125 years, we've been a bank with a single focus—our unwavering commitment to doing what's right for our customers and our communities. Since 1897, we have conducted business one relationship at a time in neighborhoods and communities we know. We continue to embrace the same values like stewardship and sustainability to ensure the highest level of confidence among all our stakeholders—our employees, customers, shareholders and local community.
During my most recent visit to this BOH branch, I was assisted by Michelle, who provided outstanding service. I had brought in a large number of filled coin wraps to exchange for both cash and a deposit, and she handled everything with kindness and patience. As she counted the coins, she engaged me in conversation, which made the process feel pleasant rather than burdensome.
Despite my multiple requests, Michelle worked efficiently and had everything completed within about 30 minutes (after my initial wait in line). She even offered me extra coin rolls for future use, which was a thoughtful touch. I truly appreciated her professionalism and excellent customer service throughout my visit.

This is a very busy branch of Bank of Hawaii. Though there are multiple tellers, expect to spend at least 10 minutes here because of how busy they are. Go early in the day to beat the crowds. With all the construction in the area, go to another branch if possible to save yourself some aggravation.

Slow, slow, slow.
Everyday at this location you can expect a long line for personal business needs. The tellers are plentiful but the efficiency is low. Other branch locations are much quicker at the counter. Simple deposit or withdrawals may take 5-10 minutes.
Parking lot is tight and at a busy intersection so drive cautiously.
