    This is my favorite BoH branch, quick in and out, usually not too busy, friendly service, what’s not to like?

    I don’t want to come this place. Always long lines and most closed the window. Many people line up but Bank don’t care the customer. They always so slow and many workers didn’t do anything. I’m so disappointed bank of Hawai’i

    Worst customer service ever. Lines around the building and yet they're talking story and taking literally 15 minutes per guest. The tellers act like they're being inconvenienced to help people. One teller leaves on break at 1130am with a line 30 people long. If the branch manager can't do better they should be replaced.
