This location is super conveniently located near UH Mānoa. It shares its walls with CVS so its easy to do multiple errands if needed.
The clerks are okay, some are really great. The ATM inside is usually down. If its up the deposit feature doesnt work. Lines are usually long and wait times are 10+ minutes. Security posted out front due to the nature of the area. Lots of parking options.

Bank of Hawaii is truly the worst. Not the staff just the culture. Why have 5 teller stations when the norm is 3 max.
Oh and try to call and get someone on the phone.

Was on hold for 45 minutes at 10 a.m. on a Monday and nobody answered. Called the customer service number, they put me on hold for another 20 minutes before I just hung up. Called the Long's Drugs the bank is inside of and they said they weren't able to transfer me to the bank. Ridiculous.
