After moving our account from another state and working with this advisor for the last three years, we had recently invested a large sum of dollars to our portfolio. last month we were notified our account was moved to a new financial advisor with little no no client history. normally we would have tried to work through this, however we were moved without our consent or approval. now our new financial advisor controls our account. this is perhaps the most unprofessional way to handle a client. we were not even notified it was happening until it was a done deal. Ed Jones website blows a bunch of smoke about how there here for you, treat you family, well if that the case , it's no family i want to be part of. When I contacted corporate, I was told basically to bad so sad , that's just the way the industry works my advise is to stay far away from Ed Jones.
