After 20 days of waiting to get my new card through the mailbox and having calling them many times the customer service told me that the wait was due to the pandemic. Which pandemic? That was may 2022. So I went to my branch and they made a special order and my card could be sent to the branch, which i can only go there on the weekends when im not working.
