- ADAylin DJan 29, 20255.0Shout out to the staff for helping us set up a joint checking account close to closing hours. It means a lot that you helped to accommodate a couple of health care workers who happen to work opposing schedules. My spouse happened to have the day off. I work a long distance from home and had returned home much later than normal from my night shift. Waking up in time for normal business hours was tougher than usual today. I had to suppress my angst watching the ETA get closer to 4pm while put putting behind worsening beach and after work traffic. We finally arrived with 15 minutes to spare. Walked out at 4pm sharp, all business concluded. Mahalo.

Canceled immediately after the documents were sent, they had already charged $1,000 towards a 6 month policy and the customer service # on the documents and insurance cards didn’t go through to anyone. I never received a refund and Bank of Hawaii cover me. Mahalo!💜

After 20 days of waiting to get my new card through the mailbox and having calling them many times the customer service told me that the wait was due to the pandemic. Which pandemic? That was may 2022. So I went to my branch and they made a special order and my card could be sent to the branch, which i can only go there on the weekends when im not working.
