- NSNikunj ShahJun 24, 20211.0Slow service every time I go there. Even there 3 to 5 employees behind counter. Last year I was going to get locker there, but they didn't had the one I want it so I got told that they have some available next week, because new keys are going to be made. I never got called. I called them 3 times in month, same excuse every time so went to different locations and they took care of me. Now when I go to this location and if I see 3 or more people in line, I don't. Even step inside. Because I know it's going to take a while.
- DRDeanna RussellMar 5, 20215.0Banks are generally just difficult to work with, you're a number on paper. I had a checking account with Wells Fargo years ago and needed my statements. Terry in customer service right as you walk in was my saving grace. He helped me one on one, had the information I needed the next day. Amanda, the manager was very helpful too. Felt like they cared and I received my statements the very next day. Thank you, thank you. You don't get this often in banking, but this branch was great.

The problem was that my funds had not cleared, which I understand now. At the time however, the staff was more interested in arguing with me and laughing at me than providing me with an explanation. I will be closing my account.
