- KNKarlie Newport3 days ago3.0My card got sucked into the ATM and the ATM said it was out of service. This locations outside ATM has a pattern of being out of order. I was panicking because it would not give it back and I had urgent checks to deposit. They were closed but I saw several people at the counter in time so I tried to knock on the door to bring attention to the fact that the ATM has my card and I'm not sure how to get it back. I was just told they were closed. I tried to signal that my card was stuck and I didn't know if someone could reset it or assist. Again I was met when someone telling me it will spit it out and they were not allowed to open the door for me. I told him I don't need them to open the door I just need someone to please reset the ATM or come look at it and see if it's possible to get my card. I did not want to leave without it if possible. Finally someone exited the branch and the previous woman told me to speak with her. Tammy actually followed me to the ATM to show me how to use the app to get the card replaced quickly, and try to assist with getting the old card removed, although unsuccessful. I'm very thankful she was kind and stayed after hours to assist.

Well, we walked in no acknowledgment I had to ask for help. The last, didn’t catch her name (no name tag) but navy blue shift with print. I did not feel welcomed. And, hate to think we were being racially profiled. Anyway, we left and went up the street to BOA .

We asked this spanish lady if we could use the restroom after and she was extremely rude and had an attitude like she was annoyed We even asked. She needs to adjust her attitude or be fired. If the situation isn't resolved, yall will lose a 45 year long client. That was completely unacceptable.
