Terrible customer service, the lady I had was so hard to understand and left me so confused. Not going to mention her name bc I do not want to get anyone in trouble. So disappointing and wasted my time today. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer since 2005 but looks like it’s time to change!

Due to her failure to fulfill her responsibilities properly, my mother’s accounts were deactivated. This caused significant inconvenience, requiring considerable time and effort to resolve, and created unnecessary stress for my mother. Such service is unacceptable, and I hope the bank takes appropriate steps to prevent similar situations in the future.
- SMScott McVayJun 4, 20201.0After no one answered the phone after several attempts. I went by to simply get a trust document notarized. I called from the parking lot to see what there protocol was because the door was locked again no answer. I just stood at the door until helped. I walked in to find 6 -7 people working in the bank. And the manager just sitting at her desk after not doing anything. They directed me over to the manager and she informed me that they cannot witness a signature and I would need to go to the UPS Store and pay to have them notarize it. For all the money I have in this bank and the 22+ years I have been a customer, I expected this basic service to be provided without a question. It's not like they don't notarize and witness everything they generate at the bank. Needless to say I will be looking for a new online banking service because to the complacency with Well Fargo. Any recommendations out there?
