Terrible customer service, the lady I had was so hard to understand and left me so confused. Not going to mention her name bc I do not want to get anyone in trouble. So disappointing and wasted my time today. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer since 2005 but looks like it’s time to change!

They lack courtesy and respect for their customers, they demand that you schedule an appointment for simple services. I went in to get a document notarized at the time the bank opened. The individual whom I tried to ask for assistance from told me that I needed to schedule an appointment for her to assist me with a 2 minute process. The bank was not full, there were two other bankers sitting available. She suggested she had an appointment scheduled for 9 am and the next opportunity I had to get the document notarized was at noon. She was short, disrespectful, unhelpful and lacked empathy for my time and schedule. I drove to another Wells Fargo, walked in and my document was notarized in less than 5 minutes. Again, the notary process takes about 2 minutes and she expected me to wait nearly 3 hours for an appointment. Unacceptable.
