  Fui a cambiar un cheque para cambiar el cheque le hablaron al dueño de la cuenta el dueño dijo que estaba bien me pidieron mi social y al último me estaban pidiendo mi dirección parece que estaba abriendo una cuenta no sé qué tanta información entregué mi identificación y todo estaba bien también me pidieron mi número de teléfono

  Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and no one said a word to me- I counted 4 employees at the counter one on the floor walking around, one at the desk in the lobby and 4 in office. I opened up the account online while sitting there and walked out when I finished.

  I go up there just to exchange some coins I've had for years and not only am I looked at like some sort of sour lab specimen, the money is taken into the back only to be returned a few minutes later with a "you need an account" line. I think they took it back to look for any rare coins to keep and when they saw none they shoved me out. The sad part is I did it to see what kind of bank it is with the idea of opening an account. It was a test, and you failed. Also, why the attitude? I was nothing but pleasant. Or did you not like the idea of me not appreciating fiat currency? Perhaps you should go back to the Ozarks.

  Absolutely the worst bank imaginable. The first problem is they operate like its 1975 and everything is pen and paper. Online banking for loan payments is literally non existent. If you want to manage your account, you have to call the bank, leave a voicemail for your loan officer who never answers his phone, and wait two weeks for them to call you back only to say he doesnt even know who you are. I have no way to manage my account other than this method. I send in a payment and they dont even run it for almost two weeks. The check sent directly from my bank from billpay is rejected half the time, and then they report you to Transunion with no notification! What great customer service! Do your research on this bank and you will see reviews all over the internet of how terrible this bank is.
