Once they finished with the customers they both had, one preceded to have conversation with whomever on her phone and never acknowledged me. The second employee closed down her system and walked right passed me with no acknowledgment. She then went behind the counter and the teller had to ask her if I had been helped. Wow wow wow. The teller even told her to help me first and she wasn’t even bothered. Then had the nerve to tell me to wait 8 minutes for someone else to help me when she was right there. I sat for a minute and realized I needed to go somewhere else. Oh and I definitely will be closing all my accounts. The nerve. I wold give them a zero if I could.

We made an appointment and the banker said she needed our entire trust to process a beneficiary change on our account. She kept telling us she couldn’t set up a “trust account” without our full trust, and when we asked her to further explain what she mean by “trust account” she pulled out someone else’s trust paperwork out of an unsecured drawer. So disappointing and concerning on so many levels.
