Customer service is underwhelming, they will change account settings like overdraft protection without your knowledge or consent, are never available, and are overall irresponsible with your account. Save yourself the headache and go to another bank.

My parents helped start the bank & I wish I'd taken dads' part now. The service is lousy. No one knows anything. I am trying to find a convenient bank and "loose" this crooked place. My money market dropped to about 1/3 of the interest I did get which was not enough to buy a burger. They said, we won't change. They changed the first day. I knew everyone who worked at the branches, that changed right away. I wish whoever took my stock and voted for them had a foot up their ****!
