- PPPMESep 7, 20211.0This bank has lead my in the wrong direction far has handling my account. I have been wrongfully charged overdraft on my account. I Call to speak to someone and was told I have to come into bank because my name is not on an account that I made at the location. Then all of a sudden my local branch is closed due to covid and hours are pushed back. This bank has made it hard for me to handle my business all because they forgot to have me sign one single document or maybe they misplaced it or it never got uploaded, whatever the case maybe its unacceptable.
