- EBElizabeth BackeyDec 22, 20251.0It sad as long as I been banking with them I can't even get financing for a auto line and to top it off they won't even allow me to open a new checking account I went into the branch to inquire about this matter and they actually told me I own them 28 on some account that don't even have my actual SSN number on it then to top it is I asked how is that possible when they closed my account they took my SSI check and zeroed out the account and still closed my checking but left my savings account open this one big mess when it impossible for my account to be overdrawn for more than 30 days when I get my SSI and SSDI direct deposit every month I personally think this is Discrimination towards me just sad 5 plus years with one bank and this the thanks you get ðŸ˜

- ZLZack LewisAug 8, 20251.0I've been a customer for 8 years. I did a job, deposited a check into my savings and turns out, it was fraudulent.. they locked my account. I can't do anything. I can't make a deposit or withdraw any money. I called and the only answer I received was "there's nothing we can do". But yet I've been loyal for 8 years through the transition period til now and they're treating me as if I've done something wrong when the check I was given for a job wasnt valid. I can't even cash my weekly paycheck at my own bank . All I get is eyes rolled at me and "sorry, there's nothing I can do".. well Georgia's Own, what CAN you do???
