    Jeffery is amazing, quick and kind! He answered the phone and after learning they could print my card I drove over and he greeted me and got me taken care of. I recommend this branch as the best one in the Athens area

    After spending over 6 weeks, redownloading the app several times, creating several new user IDs for the app, because home office said to do all that. I was finally successful in getting 2 of the 3 bank accounts listed on the app for their transactions. This morning, ater the BRANCH MANAGER deposited my business check into the wrong business account, I called to check on my deposit. They informed me she put it in the wrong business account that was dormant and had racked up $45 in dormant fees. They informed that I should have got a letter saying the 3rd account was dormant, but considering I don't have a debit card, get monthly statements, or can view this account on the app, "no, I didn't get a letter." Then the manager would only refund $15 of the $45. This is not the first problem that I have with Bank OZK, and am just going to plan on moving the rest of my money across the street to United Community Bank. Ucb has never charged me a fee, and even helped get approved for the SBA loan back on 2020. Bank ozk didn't even mention how I could be approved for this loan, and United Community called me up one day from the branch to say, "you know that your small business could get approved for this SBA loan, that if done correctly, you never had to pay back" which was done correctly and didn't have to pay back. Drop OZK or just start at UCB. UCB even offered me a higher interest on CDs than OZK had, not that OZK ever offered and UCB did.
