- JHJenni HeydtNov 15, 20251.0They charged me $10 to cash a check from their bank because I didn’t have an account with them. It’s not my fault the company that issued the check uses this horrible bank. I asked for the fee to be waived because it’s for my mortgage payment and now I’m short. They said no, it’s impossible. I think it’s possible, just no one wanted to be bothered! So, I should’ve borrowed more money to cover my bill because Wells Fargo had to get their cut! Thanks a lot!!

Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for the issue.
