    Horrible banking experience. First, they increased the minimum balance for checking accounts to $1,500. The original agreed terms was $600. They started charging a $10 maintenance fee because of this. The problem is the bank never sent a notification of the policy change. It's quite obvious this is by design, knowing the majority of people will not notice this fee...a clear tactic to snake money out of you. As a result, decided to cancel the accounts. I go into the bank and am told I need to sit down and wait to be seen. I sit down and wait for over 45 minutes and am never acknowledged. I go back into the line to figure out what is going on, and THEN I'm told I need to make an appointment. Well, thank you for telling me that now. I make the appointment, I am on time, and still wait for 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time to be seen. It's clear they intentionally create so much friction to cancel your account, because they want to hold your money hostage in a checking account with their minimum account balances. Do yourself a favor bank with a local credit union. Never had these problems with credit unions. Wells Fargo will just waste your time.

    This bank started charging a monthly service fee despite maintaining the original agreed upon minimum balance in our accounts. Turns out they raised the amount by $900 without informing us (no email or notification or anything). A very sneaky way to squeeze a small amount of money out of a lot of people knowing that most people are not going to notice. We will be cancelling our accounts. It's a shame this corporate behavior has become normal. Will never bank with Wells Fargo again.

    Where's customer service I've ever experienced in my life I've had no banking account with this bank for many years I should not have to go into the bank and look at girls that are half-dressed with their stomach hanging out with them being rude and not wanting to help people like they need to I am very disappointed in you Wells Fargo I should not have to answer 50 million questions to be able to withdraw money out of my account when I give you the information that I give you I should not have to keep filling out more forms to be able to get access my account

    They charged me $10 to cash a check from their bank because I didn’t have an account with them. It’s not my fault the company that issued the check uses this horrible bank. I asked for the fee to be waived because it’s for my mortgage payment and now I’m short. They said no, it’s impossible. I think it’s possible, just no one wanted to be bothered! So, I should’ve borrowed more money to cover my bill because Wells Fargo had to get their cut! Thanks a lot!!

    I recieve a gift check monthly written on a Wells Fargo account. I have been going there every month for over 3 years. Until recently, I had no account. I have one now as my gift has increased. My mother writes a handwritten check. When I go to cash and deposit my money into my account and I get a new teller...I am looked at like a criminal. There have been times where they would call my mother to verify the check. The amount of money on my check should not raise a reaction from a bank teller at all...I have noticed if I "dress up" before I go I dont get treated as bad. However if I am in tshirt shorts and flip flops..and get a new teller...I'm automatically looked at like a criminal. If my mother has made a mistake and properly fixed it on the check...its altered and the tellers freak out....hmph ...I would give less stars but there are about 3 employees there who handle their job properly and professionally.
