- HPHiren PatelAug 25, 20251.0Horrible customer service from a banker at this branch. Instead of greeting the customer, you are told to have an appointment when no one was in the waiting. Only two chairs in the room and one of my partners had to remain standing through out the process. We went to open a new business bank account but were told it is a lengthy process. When we said we willing to wait it turned out into technical difficulties and wasn't able to open the bank account at this branch. We went home and were able to open the bank account in less than 10 minutes online on our own. Planning to close all my personal and business bank accounts with Truist in a few days and be done with it. Looks like Truist don't care about new and existing customers.

- TATodd AndersonJul 9, 20251.0Never had an issue with Truist customer service until today at the Warner Robins (Watson Blvd) branch I was, literally, the only customer waiting for a banker to do a wire transfer. Went to a banker sitting at her desk, but was told I had to wait for another one because she had to take her lunch. Waited for a half hour. The lady that had to take her lunch walked back through the lobby after about 10 minutes, knocked on the other bankers door and turned around to confirm to me that “she will be a minute” and that I would have to wait for her. “Minutes” must work differently at this branch.
