- EEearthwind329Jul 8, 20251.0I wish I could give negative stars. Every Truist bank I have ever dealt with has poor customer service. I waited an hour to renew my CDs only to be told the person wasn’t available. I will be closing all my accounts and going back to Robins FCU.

Hope Meicher went above and beyond to make sure I walked out there with a game plan and spent hours working with me on setting up new accounts. She worked through her lunch break and everything and made sure to work with me on the complexity of my business account structures. I can’t say this for all Truist locations as I had to go to 2 different ones before I was directed here, but Hope was wonderful and I’d visit her at any location.

Including waiting on customers after 5pm and customers that came in after me. Management needs to step up and figure it out. The wait time is excessive every time and the lack of customer service is appalling.
