  I went to get a medallion stamp. Seems they don't do that anymore. I then went to chase, and they do it like it's the most basic thing to do, and they were very suprised WF wasn’t offering this service, unfortunately I had to have an account with them, so I either need to change bank or location, or both, because the other option here is always to drive 45+min to have something.

  ZERO STAR…….. I’ve had the worst experience with Wells Fargo. Every time I visit the branch, there’s a long line and an endless wait because the employees are extremely slow.in pictures that i attached clearly seen.On top of that, they talk to customers in the rudest way possible, as if they don’t care about the bank or its customers at all. I currently have three business accounts here, and I visit once a week to make deposits. But every time I go, they tell me I can’t make more than two deposits at once. I’ve even spoken with the branch manager and sent complaints by email, but nothing has changed—customer service clearly isn’t a priority for them. Even when I mentioned closing my accounts, their attitude and response were the same: careless and unhelpful. Very disappointed and frustrated with Wells Fargo’s service.

  Customer service personnel spend too much time talking to customers about personal issues while you wait in the lobby for service. Very reluctant to help you without an appointment, you'll wait a long time. If you need to come back for another service they suggest that you make an appointment online, that's ridiculous when they're holding your money. Try another bank.
