    While the ladies are friendly, it's the slowest service I think I've ever experienced. Been in drive-thru line 25 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me and only 1 has been serviced. Yes, 2 other lines are open as well. Still, that's ridiculously slow compared to other banks I've been to. If I weren't here for work, I'd have gone somewhere else.

    The ladies at drive-thru are always friendly and cheerful. I've been coming to this location for years and they always know my name.

    Love this location! The ladies here are so sweet and always chipper ances friendly! They smile and always confirm my requests while taking the time to process my transaction! I will continue to bank with BB&T, our business banks with BB&T and family banks with BB&T. There's no other bank we prefer! Thank you ladies for your outstanding service!
