- WKWilliam KingMar 29, 20251.0So much headache dealing with this bank . I keep two accounts due to winter being bad for my job. Banker literally told me to put my big boy pants on and go to my other bank to cash check that they have deposited as CASH 6 times prior and bring the cash back to them to deposit. Phovieng did not even try to deposit as cash told me it's up to their discretion whether they do or not and looked at my balance which was positive I've been using this bank for 3 or 4 months now I always come in in person to deal with a banker in person. It's such a headache here . Literally have never had an issue with anyone of my checks and the furthest I've ever been over drawn is a couple dollars and always fix it quickly. Do not advise this bank.

This bank is a corporate entity now and they do not take care of their clients nor hold forth the stewardship for which a bank is to perform as they have been entrusted to do so. If you want to know more about the unethical and illegal practices they commit as a bank, feel free to reach out to me. I will let you know how they have hurt other family and my family. Terrible and Shameful...
