This branch used to be decent but is now a joke. Could not even cash a check there even though I have a business checking account with Truist. The check was even drawn from Truist bank. It seemes the teller was not wanting to do anything.

Very unprofessional&rude. One bank teller said she would assure my debit card was cancelled & send out a new one.I didn't get my card yet, smh.I had to cancel all over again&still play the waiting game.I'm going to cancel them all the way out&open a account with a more professional bank. They need to stop playing with my time&$🤑

The tellers are very nice and work very hard but I have to give the company one star because of the lack of employees. There are times where the line is backed all the way to the exit door and there is only one teller.

ALWAYS understaffed! in all my accounts I had there I had well over a million dollars of MY money in THEIR bank. the service I got, since i shouldnt use profanity like I would like to do, really was bad. the straw that broke the camels back was an incident with one of the 'account' managers. briefly, I had some questions regarding some of my accounts. In total, over 3 days I called and left 2 voice mail messages and emailed her twice. I got no response. on the fourth day I went to the bank and met with her. when asked why I got no response from her regarding my voice mail messages and emails her response was, and I quote, "I was busy". my response was civil but I let her know I thought that was bs. THAT DAY I began moving ALL of my money out of their bank. I will NEVER use them again of course nor will I EVER give them a good reference. BANK AT BBT AT YOUR OWN RISK! oh, almost forgot, on a personal note, the woman I spoke with regarding all of this (bear in mind I had accounts in their bank for almost 10 years so we got to know each other to some extent) had told me some where along the line that she was married to a preacher and she was a devout christian. bottom line, her behavior is exhibit 1 for the definition of blasphemy! there is a special place in hell for such people in my humble opinion.

There is never any one available to assist you. They asked to leave messages, but they don’t return calls. Too slow or not enough tellers to expedite services.
