This branch used to be decent but is now a joke. Could not even cash a check there even though I have a business checking account with Truist. The check was even drawn from Truist bank. It seemes the teller was not wanting to do anything.

Very unprofessional&rude. One bank teller said she would assure my debit card was cancelled & send out a new one.I didn't get my card yet, smh.I had to cancel all over again&still play the waiting game.I'm going to cancel them all the way out&open a account with a more professional bank. They need to stop playing with my time&$🤑

I've tried for over an hour to set up auto draft online for a new car loan. There is no option to do this. I called CS; held for 26 minutes, got cut off, called back, and she transferred me into a loop where no one was available. OMG...do not finance with these people.
