  After no resolution via on line services it took me 40 minutes waiting at this particular branch with no greeting, service or explanation. The only banker available did not approach at any time and after I I decided to asked for help, I was told that there was one appointment next and no idea when anyone would be available help so I walked out with no help. I did not see any management inside to help either. No concern about the Customers.

  Dont bank here. If you ever try to make a large transaction with your debit card you will not be able to increase your limit. Their policy is its your money but you cant use it once we have it.

  Chasidy if I'm getting her name correct and kristen both were very helpful in helping me resolve a matter i had and welcomed me to the bank and to Atlanta with me just moving her loved the service THANKS YALL KEEP UP GOOD TEAM WORK

  I don’t understand the complaints of long lines because it’s literally on Lavista like it’s a busy branch, you should be aware when walking in. Anyway I did wait to get a credit card with this branch and my rep was Lacey and she was great. I am a young banker and she answered any questions I had even if they were dumb. She was patient and explained everything well. She went above and beyond. I didn’t mind waiting when the service I got was exceptional. She was personal and not stand offish. I was very happy with my service despite having to wait. It’s America we have lines everywhere if you’re not willing to wait a few minutes then I suggest finding another location. They do have a large amount of customers.
