  I'm giving it two stars because there was an awesome teller name Renaldo. If it wasn't for him, no stars! I went to make a deposit in the ATM and it didn't say it was out of order until I had already put my card in and it kept my card. I went inside to tell someone and the banker, Spanish one, was so nonchalant about it. When I asked her what do I do and how do I get another card she interrupted me and said she had an appointment. She helped but already let me know it was an inconvenience. I guess I was wasting her time though I was the one actually inconvenienced and now have to wait for a new card.

  Bank isn’t operating good hands employee walk around no one take care about it.even if you have an appointment they wants you to set longer time no one approach or ask about appointment even they see you sitting on next to business service area very disappointing… Even I see in the consultant office guy sitting but no response from him need to notice about it ….

  Dont bank here. If you ever try to make a large transaction with your debit card you will not be able to increase your limit. Their policy is its your money but you cant use it once we have it.

  Where so many other financial institutions failed to be able to meet the needs that I had for an estate account to be opened for me, I reached out to Wells Fargo and met with Terrance W. Although I have to wait on the [conservator] account being approved / opened and the length this of time this process is said to take, I am very appreciative of how Terrance delved into finding resolutions, his follow up, his empathy and above all - professionalism. As we left, he promised to look further into the matter and let me know when he received word regarding the outcome especially if it came quicker than we were told. What has been a very stressful time handling affairs with a conservator and guardian role, I am very grateful for this place of business and people such as Terrance who are employed there who truly try and serve their customers. I wish Terrance well in all his endeavors.
