I am told the notary is NOT available or some excuse and today when I go in one to make a deposit and get something notarized. The notary was there but at first I thought was with another customer but then realized she was with another coworker. Also, was not greeted at the door I had to ask if there was a notary present. So I left and went elsewhere for the notary. Also went to another branch that is further away from me to make my deposit. This branch needs help.

The Wells Fargo employee locked the door before the time they closed, waited until the clock struck 5, and said “it’s too late”. A lot of people work from 9-5. The bank should allow people to come in even if it’s 4:59.

Came for a cashiers check and of course they would print the cashiers check wrong. Drove an hour away and had to come back to fix it and they made me wait 3 hours for them to fix it even waited after hours. Bad customer service as well! Please stay away from this horrible bank. Don’t waste your time And go to the lavista location
