At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
This is the best Truist in the area. I wouldn’t trade them in the world for any other Truist bank.

They are super slow. Staff is doing training while business hours.
You would think Truist knows how to operate business which includes training staff without affecting the business hours.

First and last time to visit this branch. Almost 1 hour to get attended from the teller. Not staff here for the amount of people on line

Held on for 30 minutes both at this Branch and Truist Customer Service. Never received service at either number. Over an hour and nothing. Unacceptable.

So I pulled up today to make a deposit and all of the drive up lanes had green open lights and I pull right up to the tube machine. I hit the call button and waited about 10 minutes then finally they told me I had to wait longer so that they could help the customers in the lobby. If there aren’t enough staff to man the drive up it would make more sense to close some of the lanes, right? I have never waited 20 minutes while at the front of the line. Its ridiculous.
Erick gets 5 stars. He is the only reason this is not a one star review. He made me feel heard and appreciated. He apologized and explained. If I ever visit this branch again it will only be because of him.
