  I’m writing to report a highly unprofessional and upsetting encounter I had today at Publix located at 2162 Henderson Mill Rd, Atlanta, GA 30345 — directly across the street from the South Bank branch at 3953 Lavista Rd, Tucker, GA 30084, where the individual involved is employed. While waiting in line at the deli counter, a woman walked up and cut in front of me. I politely informed her and the Publix employee that I was next in line. Rather than acknowledge the situation calmly, she immediately became defensive and responded, “Well how was I supposed to know?” — despite clearly being distracted and on her phone at the time. What followed was completely inappropriate and hostile. She cursed at me, threatened me, and even turned her FaceTime camera on me during the argument. In the middle of this exchange, I witnessed her remove her name tag — which raised red flags and made it clear she knew her behavior was out of line. After the situation, I learned that she is an employee of South Bank, which is shocking considering the aggressive and unprofessional way she handled herself in a public setting. It is especially concerning coming from someone in the customer service industry, where professionalism, patience, and respect should be the standard. I sincerely hope this matter is investigated and addressed appropriately. This kind of conduct reflects poorly on South Bank and makes the public feel unsafe and disrespected. Sincerely, Me

  Closing at 4 pm and not open on the weekends is absolutely insane. My card has been magically reported lost (the card never leaves my purse) cant get to the bank due to them closing so early. Not to mention they tried to send me a card last year and i never received it..

  I had tried to use my card at a pharmacy, but the card was declined because the bank thought it was fraud. So I’ll call the bank to find out why they did that. So the person at the bank got it cleared up for me & instructed me as to what to do if this happens again.

  Worst bank - don’t do business with them. I had no choice since my loan was transferred from center state to them. They have no idea what they are doing. Good luck Look at all the horrible reviews they have!

  Ian and Angela were very informative and nice to me as they took the initiative to get answers as to why I was not able to handle some business transactions due to a former merger. The bank system as a whole [not exclusive to this branch] has to tighten up and get things right - my paperwork as a check signer is apparently lost and my business partner's information hasn't been updated even though we already had them do this before. Chill experience though,
