- RTRalph TannerAug 12, 20251.0This whole financial institution is useless. I’ve been a member for a number of years, and mostly had not had issues. Recently, I needed an urgent wire transfer. After providing the information, and going through the process, more than 24 hours later I was informed that they were refusing to send it. I was told to go to Western Union and send it in increments. What financial institution tells a member to go to another company for a service that they provide? If you’re thinking about opening any kind of account here, go someplace else; they are useless. Granted, I don’t have a ton of money, but I will be moving all my accounts someplace else that actually provides services that are advertised and doesn’t waste my time. Kuddos to employee Dominique for his help; he deserves 5 stars.
