Embarrassingly, I made a gut decision to pay more than my truck was worth so I needed a personal loan to make up the difference and worked with Amanda to get what I needed. Amanda was incredibly helpful, proactive, and communicative throughout the process. Amanda sets a high standard for how customer service should be!

They are welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable and make you feel like a valuable customer. Whether you are there for a regular deposit/transaction or if there is a problem or concern, they are ready to help. They are by far the best at what they do. Im not from the area and for some reason im having to wait everytime I come in despite never having to deal with that frm where im from. The white workers will look at you and do something else and I hate to make it racial but it’s no reason in there busiest hour they only have 1 worker working
