The branch manager, Lauren, went above and beyond to help me & my husband. Her customer service is out of this world! If you have ANY issues go see her. I've also had great customer service from the bank teller, Cherry. Very happy we switched our banking needs over to them.

**RACIAL DISCRIMINATION ** I went in today to try and get 2 GEORGIA LOTTEY CHECKS cashed and the older long hair (blondish/grey) woman denied me. I don’t know why because nothing she said made sense as to why she wouldn’t cash them. I could cash them at any truist bank as long as I had a form of identification she basically said my learners license wasn’t a real license that I needed an ID that doesn’t make any sense she didn’t even scan the checks to see that they are real but she helped everybody in line every single white person there with no questions or assumptions at all. I went to Statesboro truist to get them cashed with no problems or questions so why couldn’t she cash them ?? What was her valid reason other than her be hatful and rasict just plain stupidity!!!

My wife went in to send an ach and the male teller acted as if she didn’t know what she was talking about. He talked over her as she tried to explain the process and finally left in frustration.
