  This is the most discriminatory banking system that I have ever dealt with!!! It's very evident that Wells Fargo assumes that BLACK PEOPLE doesn't or can't have money and if they do it's illegal funds...I proved who I were and still was profiled...Because, why does it matter where I work at when withdrawing MY MONEY out of MY ACCOUNT?!...Making up fictitious information saying that I have to report to the IRS about me withdrawing money out of my account...No ma'am I don't!!! By Banking Laws if and when I deposit $10,000 or more then I have to inform the IRS about the money!!! See this is the problem this Bank thinks just because I'm BLACK that I'm illiterate!!! Spend LESS time DISCRIMINATING and PROFILING , and MORE time APPRECIATING!!!!

  I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 30 yrs. Today I took my son to get some papers notarized and open a Credit card for him and maybe even a Roth IRA as he works now. Well, the manager and the notary refused the service because the documents needed a witness. When asked why, the manager stated that based on the document, we have to know if he (my son) is of sound mind and its hard for them to determine it. Then the banker stated that to get it notarized, I have to bring my own witnesses. I rarely go to the bank and mostly visit Malasi and Debbie in the teller line, and my husband reaches out to Camile directly, they are all super great! However, the banker today lost the opportunity to meet my basic needs and even upsell products to me while they have me seated in front of them. I was already upset with WF where you cannot wire funds online if you are in Puerto Rico and today, they not only lost my business but that of a young HS graduate! I was able to go to my nearest credit union, and they took care of ALL my needs and so much better treatment than from the WF manager and banker!

  They permanently shut down the drive-thru! Who the hell thought that was a good idea?? Very inconvenient for people with small kids, or disabilities, to do their banking now. F Wells Fargo

  Made an online appointment for foreign currency exchange Received my confirmation back for 9:30 a m so bank knew why I was coming. They also had my email and phone#. I attempted to call yesterday for 2 hrs no exaggeration both the bank # and then someone somewhere put me through to the foreign currency department same issue no one answered. So I showed up for appt this am and was greeted by a banker in an office I told her why I was there. She asked if I had ordered the currency I said no and she said they keep no currency at bank. And there was. a 2 day lag time. I said I tried to confirm by phone yesterday and could get through to no one. She then states they ans no phones yesterday as it was too busy since it was the day after holiday. Horrible customer service and I am a 25 year customer who will look for a customer service oriented Business as soon as I return. A waste of my time and gas as well. Wells Fargo horrid reviews for bank in general. Cannot keep blaming Covid and labor shortages it seems to be a theme these days. What greater commitment for a business that we allow to safeguard our money and future and you can’t ans a phone call? And btw their website is also erroneous, I did my homework and found the location that should have been able to assist and I leave tomorrow for trip overseas, I recently retired. My job and pay relied on my positive CSI scores.
