I have been with them (originally Suntrust) for over 20 years… and all I can say is good riddance to the horrible customer care and service. If you want a bank that appreciates your loyalty and money, try Regions. This particular lady, Felicia W. is another new employee to this failing branch. I have had better experiences with other branches but… take your money and trust elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money.
