    You can't imagine the level of incompetence at this bank. The banker didn't even know what bank she was in. She had to call customer service for help.

    Truist Bank has been the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. I have been with them (originally Suntrust) for over 20 years… and all I can say is good riddance to the horrible customer care and service. If you want a bank that appreciates your loyalty and money, try Regions. This particular lady, Felicia W. is another new employee to this failing branch. I have had better experiences with other branches but… take your money and trust elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money.
