  I don’t typically bank at this location but it was a great experience. I’ve never been in a bank that smells so good lol. The lobby was clean and fresh-smelling. The banker Ms. Alethia was very helpful and conversational. Very sweet lady. Made our day.

  The manager BURETTA is unbelievably rude. We came in on a Saturday to open a business account and she didn't greet us but immediately said "the person has appointments and she won't be able to see you" she said it takes almost 2 hours to open the account and we'll have to wait 2 hours. Only to find out, since we're were first in line that her clerk (Italia) had no appointments and was able to see us. The manager the rejects my ID because the picture wasn't according to her standards, even though I got 2 personal accounts opened 2 weeks prior with the same ID. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attire was unprofessional as well. Some baggy pants and her Wells Fargo polo shirt was raggedy and hanging outside. Not even tucked in. Very unpleasant interaction with her. When I asked for her business card her reply was "Don't you see I'm talking to my team member" and made me wait on purpose for her to come and grab a card from her office. Absolutely unbelievable behavior. She should not be a manager.

  I didn’t necessarily have a customer service issue, but I was concerned about protocol. I went to this branch inside for the first time to make a deposit, but the teller did not ask me for my I.D. to verify my identity at all. I just think that that’s very scary to think that a person could walk in to cash or deposit someone else check because the teller didn’t check I.D. It is a very bad look. I really think that is something that Wells Fargo HR need to look into.

  Ghetto with very very long lines, why is like this in the black community?? Most of the customers are the foreigners, which makes it worse because they stay in line talking to the teller for very long times, like they don't understand anything.... The whole experience, each time I have to go is not good... The parking lot is also unorganized.... Never seen a wells Fargo like this before
