We came in on a Saturday to open a business account and she didn't greet us but immediately said "the person has appointments and she won't be able to see you" she said it takes almost 2 hours to open the account and we'll have to wait 2 hours. Only to find out, since we're were first in line that her clerk (Italia) had no appointments and was able to see us. The manager the rejects my ID because the picture wasn't according to her standards, even though I got 2 personal accounts opened 2 weeks prior with the same ID. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attire was unprofessional as well. Some baggy pants and her Wells Fargo polo shirt was raggedy and hanging outside. Not even tucked in. Very unpleasant interaction with her. When I asked for her business card her reply was "Don't you see I'm talking to my team member" and made me wait on purpose for her to come and grab a card from her office. Absolutely unbelievable behavior. She should not be a manager.
