My account was compromised, and although insured FDIC my money was never returned. I was told I had thousands in third party fees... (The clover device/ merchant services)... No one could explain the fees, I had to reach out to NCCOB North Carolina Commissioner of Banking, because Truist Is not governed by the state of Georgia. I filed complaint with NCCOB and around 30 days later my account has been closed. The account has been attacked so much that it became negative.... No one could answer any questions as to why this happened... . If you continue to take people's money, you will quickly go under..... My next step is the NEWS teams.... I need you to resolve this issue
