I’m a new Truist customer & I’m closing my account because if they is the level of customer service provided by Truist I don’t want any parts of this bank. I walked in and every single employee of the bank was doing something other than helping customers except one teller who was yapping her mouth with a customer about his personal life issues. I would not have minded being patient if at least ONE person said hi maam we will be right with you. But after standing in line several minutes with no word from any employee when they were not helping customers….and the fact they only had ONE teller at the front let’s me know they are poorly run at best and horrible rude people at worst. No thanks. Stay away. No actually, run.
