It seems as if there's not many people in line teller's take that as a sign to handle other task, which in turn 4 people would be waiting to be serviced by the one teller servicing customers. Other than that polite staff clean office.

Came in 5 mins before my appointment and sat with 2 other persons. The lady asked who had an appointment, and 2 of us raised hands. She didn’t even asked the appointment times or the names, she just took him because he was there before me. I sat there waiting for 30 minutes before someone else became available. I don’t have time for this because I work just like everyone else. Eryn was great! Thank you
