Today I yet again made the mistake of coming into this branch. As I entered only one teller open (gentleman) with a lady over his shoulder - i guess they were a team. There were 3 people in line, my husband waited in line while my daughter and I sat to see who would be serviced first. After about 20 mins my husband got to the front of the line, while some with a pad ask who was next. It was 1pm and we were told they only have 1 person to assist who already had a 2pm appointment. This is not my first time being turned away from this branch as the same teller has said before it 4pm its too late for that. As a customer of Wells Fargo for over 20 years with a current mortgage this branch has the worst service I have ever experienced...this was expressed to the gentleman with the pad. He called me a lier stating that the teller would never say that but out of curiosity what do I get out of not telling the truth on a bank worker where I do business. As I read the reviews I see this is how they do business at this location. This is not the Wells Fargo way so hopefully they change up their style or close this location. Working in the public you tend to forget when you have no customers you have not work....do better!

Terrible customer service. Pulled to the drive thru to make a business deposit and get change at 4:59p while they were still servicing others at the drive thru. Sent in my tube and was told they are closed. As a former Wells Fargo employee and long time account holder I KNOW that is not proper protocol or customer service. Nothing inside the branch just stops working at 5pm that would have prevented them counting $100 in change to a large BUSINESS acct. The teller was very rude and even stopped responding in the speaker after she repeated it was 5pm and sent the tube back out. I will be filing a more formal complaint to the branch manager. These are the ways employees create based business relationships by not taking the extra moment to serve a customer, but a business account holder at that.

Not sure how this specific branch got my number but they make cold calls randomly asking to come in and view their branch and look over my accounts…weird activity

I waited over an hour to see a banker. I still was not able to see one because I has to get back to work. There were plenty of staff there but only a couple of bankers seeing customers. 2 bankers came out to look at the waiting list but did not call on any customer to help them. I waisted my lunch break coming to this location.
