- JSJonathan SextonAug 27, 20255.0I have had a love/hate with this bank over the years. Most of the time I love them but they closed the branch closest to me due to road construction and have made no effort to reopen a branch in McDonough. I need a new debit card to replace my damaged one. Other than physically going to the branch in Stockbridge, there is no way to get one. You have to call but the head office says it takes 10 business days so if you want something different go to the local branch. Tried to call the local branch but the mailbox is full and no one answers the phone. Pretty bad look. Update: I just had Stacy call me from the local branch. Very sweet lady and she explained what happened with the mailbox and she worked my issue out for me. As I said before, most of the time I love this bank and Stacy came through for them. Thank you so much.
