He doesn't speak and is just not personable at all. He's very matter of fact and lacks customer service all together. I truly don't understand why he even chose this profession. I've been dealing with this for a long time now and today was the final straw. I never write a review and especially not one like this. I pray that you all decide to change the person that you have helping your customers. First impressions are last impressions and he just may be the very reason why you have such low review ratings right now. Instead of using this location which is 2 minutes away, I will travel the extra 15-20 min to go to the Morrow GA location where I know I'm going to get great service every single time no matter the day and time. Only one teller, a long line, and instead of moving things along, she was having a casual conversation with a customer while everyone waited. I had to leave without getting anything done. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.
