If you fall behind, they refuse to work with you until you’re 61 days late. In the meantime, they threaten legal action. Even after 61 days, their only “help” is cutting your payment by 20% while keeping your interest sky-high—keeping you trapped in debt longer. DO NOT BORROW FROM THEM.
