- TTTeyaApr 3, 20221.0This ATM never works, right now the touchscreen doesn't work. They had to replace the entire ATM last time and didn't repost the phone number to call if the ATM malfunctions. What makes this even worse is that BBT/Truist admitted it's their ATM but they don't have access to see the transactions so if your cash or check gets stuck you will have to wait 3 days before the bank receives the report of transactions and your out of luck until they do.
- JJJennyMar 4, 20175.0As soon as you report a possible issue about your account, they are on the ball helping to correct it. Since they are a large enough bank, you can always reach someone over the phone to report a lost or stolen card. If this occurs, all you have to do is contact the bank, over the phone is fine, tell them what charges are/aren't yours and they'll have your $ back to you in no time. They also give you a temporary replacement card which you use just until you're new card arrives, usually within the week. The employees are always polite and eager to help, both over the phone and in the office.
