I sat there for 30 minutes just to never be helped because the one banker present was too worried about discussing religion with another person

We came here very last minute for a Very complicated need and Vivian was absolutely amazing. Regardless of how crazy we thought the request was she made it happen and quickly with a smile on her face. Most importantly it was only a few minutes until closing and she took care of us thoroughly! We were so blessed to have such kindness on such a stressful day for us ❤️ thank you Vivian! (Everyone else working was also wonderful!)

I am not a customer, but I've had to deal with them through family members. They are the worst bank I have ever seen! Customer service socks! Can't make a deposit for someone, if your name is not on the account! That's just stupid!! I'll never bank there, that's for sure!!!
