  Lines always long they got one teller working cause they had a call out not to mention the power went out and now that it came back on it takes 10-20mins to get they system running smh they claim they dont give temporary cards. Such an inconvenience. What a way to start a Saturday morning

  The worst place ever, no one respects waiting for more than an hour and a quarter, and no one respects people’s time. Everyone who was waiting complained of disrespect from all the workers here. From one hour until one and a half hours, waiting is an hour and a half. Every employee has a relative or friend and does not respect people. He deals with a friend or relative and leaves customer service. Everyone here provides bad service. I do not recommend anyone here.i want to give 0 star

  Very slow service. Hot inside....too long waits. This is on several visits. Seems very dysfunctional. Went there just to get a notary with no appointment. Still should not take more than an hour. It doesn't in normal functioning Well Fargo Banks with less ppl working.....sad. The Loganville Branch up the street has less people, but is way more organized with faster service. Someone needs to be assigned to walk-ins. My time is not valuable at this location.

  I lost my id and was worried that I could not withdraw out of my account. Kimberly was amazing and helped me to retrieve my account. I would def recommend this brand to anyone. She was so pleasant with helping me to have a better day

  Always unprofessional and short of staffs .. no tellers available.. always making customers wait in long drive thru
