- RWR.T. WeeksAug 2, 20255.0Wow. Just…WOW! This review is for the Branch by the Walmart off Scenic Highway by Walmart. EXCELLENT service, great vibes, smiling employees throughout. I went in to set up a minor account. Saturday at 11:15am. No appointment. This should not happen, by the way. MAKE APPOINTMENTS! My fault. I wasn’t expecting much. So I walk in. Kelley is smiling and greeting everyone. She asks how she can help. I say I need to open an account. She smiles and says someone didn’t show for their appointment, so they should be able to get me in. Remember—they were closing in 45 minutes! She puts me in touch with Derek and he comes out smiling as well. Talked to me and the shy minor and even gets HIM to talk! By the time we left, the two of them were sharing jokes like they knew each other for years! Great job, Wells Fargo! Thanks from saving me from having to come back and for the pleasant experience. My nephew who I took there joked when we got into the car that I must have a lot of money in my account from how they treated me. NOPE…apparently they like their regular customers as well! 😅😅

And they do it with a smile one their face after a HORRIBLE experience with the branch on Main St Mr Abdul helped us more than he an even imagine he took his time to get us the statements that supposedly the banker on Main St couldn’t find! He went above and beyond to help us with what we needed! You can say that this will be our branch of choice from now on!!
