    Atm took my deposit. Did not register or give back. Gave message on screen and received an ATM ERROR RECEIPT AND YOUR DEPOSIT DID NOT PROCESS. Newer atms the way they take cash is different. I do Not advise to use. Warned people on side of me and behind me. Lady behind me stated same thing happened to her. I went to loganville truist 1st and realized I forgot a 100 of the 1000 I deposit for rent every month. Thats why I used this one cause I had to go somewhere on scenic hwy. Will no longer use these atms AT ALL!

    Impossible to get help. Called at least a dozen times. The calls were never answered.

    My husband went in to cash a check. The teller called the tall slender black man in the brown Goodwill suit, he stood behind my husband as if he was trying to cash a fraudulent check. He was told it was issued today and couldn’t be cashed. So, I called the issuer on speaker phone and they were wondering why the bank didn’t call to verify like they normally would? I WONDER WHY? Horrible service!

    Spent 10 Is minutes at the drive through, pushed the button about twenty times And nobody ever answered, A long line started accumulating, So I said to The hell with it, And i'm going to another truist bank, I never had a problem with BB&T, Until they merged with suntrust
