This happened after I reserved a call from the secretary one hour from my schedule time that “Jeffrey “ has emergency and wants me to reschedule, I told the secretary that I schedule this appointment one month in advance and really need to do my tax returns a soon as possible she puts me on holds two times and the Jeffrey White on the phone in un professional way with out asking a question said to “you giving my secretary a hard time because she asked you to reschedule? if you want to do so that fine if not go somewhere else period” I said I will reschedule but the secretary keeps going back and forth and finally gave me a date will not fit my need that when I decided to take my business somewhere else, but not far away.. to Lawrenceville location where Joshua did outstanding customer services
